Sam Douglas (geboren als Douglas Samuel Waters; 17. Juni 1957) ist ein britischer Schauspieler, der vor allem für seine Rolle als Privatdetektiv Scott Shelby im PlayStation 3-Videospiel Heavy Rain, als König Herodes in der Miniserie The Bible für den History Channel und als Rosebud im Film Snatch bekannt ist.
