Belle Francisco is a Filipino film and and stage actress. She is most recognized as "Ella" in the short film Bumtak Sara ti Nuangen (CinePanalo Film Festival 2026), which earned her a nomination as "Panalong Aktres" in the shorts category. She also made her full-length film debut in Republika ng Pipolipinas as supporting character "Barbie" for Cinemalaya 2025. She has appeared in over 50 short films, and in 2 music videos with Ben&Ben and O/C Records' MADAM. Onstage, she portrayed "Luna" in Games People Play (by Glenn Sevilla Mas) and "Nikki" in Unica Hijas (by Mikaela Regis) under UP Dulaang Laboratoryo.
