Daniel Pollock is an award-winning producer and founder of Australian production company Truffle Pig Films. His work has won prizes at St Kilda Film Festival (Audio Guide - Best Screenplay, Audience Choice, 2020) and has been shown as part of TEDx Sydney, Flickerfest, SXSW Sydney and FrightFest UK. His debut feature film, Parish Malfitano’s Salt Along the Tongue, premiered at SXSW Sydney in 2024 and was acquired by Yellow Veil Pictures. Under the Truffle Pig banner, he is developing a slate of films, including Malfitano’s next project, as well as the next outing from Brisbane filmmakers Sam Dixon and Adam C. Briggs (A Grand Mockery - Best Film SXSW Sydney 2024, Best Direction New Visions Sitges Film Festival 2025). His most recent release, Phillip Philadelphia, has been selected for Melbourne International Film Festival (2026).
