Dipendra K. Khanal

Dipendra K Khanal (born April 03, 1980) is a prominent Nepali film director, producer, screenwriter, and cinematographer who was born in Nuwakot, Nepal. He made his directorial debut with the movie The Yug Dekhi Yug Samma and went on to establish himself as one of the highest-paid and most acclaimed filmmakers in the Nepali cinema industry. He is widely recognized for directing hit and critically acclaimed movies such as Chapali Height, Jholay, Pashupati Prasad, Dhanapati, Aama, and Chiso Manchhe. Over his career, his storytelling and technical craftsmanship have earned him major accolades, including National Film Awards for Best Director and Best Writer, cementing his reputation as a master storyteller in modern Kollywood cinema.
