Joe Locke

Joe Locke is an Emmy-winning Manx actor. He is known for his lead role as Charlie Spring in the Netflix teen series Heartstopper (2022–present), for which he won the Children's and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Performance in 2026. He has starred as Billy Maximoff / William Kaplan in the Marvel Cinematic Universe miniseries Agatha All Along (2024), as Tobias Ragg in a Broadway revival of the musical Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2024), and as Jake in the West End play Clarkston (2025). He is set to appear in the films Heartstopper Forever (2026), Black Church Bay (2026) and Elsinore (2026).
