Frederick Herzberg

Frederick Herzberg collaborated with BNA Films (a division of the Bureau of National Affairs) to produce a highly influential series of corporate management and employee training films. These 16mm instructional videos were used worldwide by corporations, government bodies, and universities to visually explain his groundbreaking Two-Factor Theory (Motivation-Hygiene Theory) and the concept of job enrichment.
