(Dukla)

Content: A unique puppet film about a love born in the midst of the hell of war. Against the backdrop of the bloody battles for the Dukla Pass unfolds an unequal love affair between a young Roma man and a German officer – two men from opposing sides and different worlds. This powerful and original film, with its distinctive visual poetry and evocative atmosphere, delivers a striking memento about the thin line between love and hatred – and about what happens when humanity is defeated by ideology.
