Content: It's possible to work without bosses, and workers have proven it in Belgium, notably at Balai Libéré, a cleaning company at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, at Sablières de Wauthier-Braine, and at the Textiles d'Ere cooperative, a spinning mill that operated as a cooperative for nearly 30 years. The film focuses mainly on this third experience. The workers (90% of the staff are women), whose memories have been rekindled by a video shot at the time, recount the occupation of their factory. We then see them at work. Everyday scenes and interviews follow one another, revealing the changes that have taken place. Or that sometimes have not taken place.
