Content: The people of Chicherta, a small Achuar community in the Peruvian Amazon, want to protect their secret sanctuary from the arrival of oil companies that have been granted concessions for this sacred place and much of their territory. Elder Irar leads his grandson Chumpi and a group from the community on an expedition across the rivers and through the most pristine forests of the jungle to reveal to the world—for the first time—the existence of their sanctuary.
