After failing to achieve the desired results, Kamelia joins a special program at a gymnasium. An incident occurs that nearly costs Kamelia her life due to excessive consumption of weight loss pills, which eventually brings Kamelia and Irfan together. Irfan is the owner of the gymnasium, which he runs together with his best friend, Alif. However, secretly, Alif apparently harbors a grudge against Irfan.
