(Where Two Oceans Meet)

Content: At the southernmost tip of Africa lies the Cape of Good Hope, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet but never mix. A few miles away, in a township built to isolate the mixed-race population during apartheid, Kulsum lives alone with her two children while her husband Phadiel serves a 25-year sentence.
